The documents needed:
1) Birth Certificate
2) Copy of official document for identification like..
(passport, Driver's licence, etc..)
3) Very important to give us the precise and exact    address!!!!
4) 3 references with their names, phone and address.
5) If there is kids we need their names and birth certificates.
